And which do you choose, a hard or soft option?
Wednesday, December 14th, 2005 09:04 amOh, while I'm reminded:
Older brother yesterday told me that I did have ethics/morals at some point in my childhood, but lost them somewhere.
Probably around age 7, they say children start being able to tell fantasy apart from reality then. I probably took one look at the world and realized that honor was a ridiculous abstract concept whereas manipulative behavior would get me what I wanted RIGHT NOW.
As I told Chance a few weeks ago, sometimes I feel slight remorse at my apparent lack of ethics/morals—but I don't really know how to go about getting some and more to the point, I don't really care.
I suspect if I did care, I wouldn't have the problem to begin with. Obviously.
