It gets easier each time, right? Theoretically.

I think it does. It definitely does. There are habits and things that I've learned that are now coming to the point of being unconscious—just changes in my behavior that have led me out of depression and into this new promised land of ... grey area.

It's almost easier in the black though because there is help there, grey is murky and alone for me.

Yeah. It was easier to say "hey, I'm going to kill myself, I should probably go to the hospital." I feel like there's no real program for those of us who have fought our way up from the bottom.

sigh. I should probably look for a support group.
