Today, despite my suicidal thoughts on Thursday, I feel good. I'm planning on going clothes shopping with my mother later today, and I picked up some supplements at the local organic food store that are supposed to help with mood (see last entry).

So I got out of the house already today AND made plans to socialize/shop with my mother, who is a valuable part of my support team. In addition, even though I woke up far too early, I didn't beat myself up for my crappy sleep hygiene, and just resolved to get to bed at a reasonable time tonight and not allow myself any naps.
