Some of this stuff long time readers will know. (Mike, Adri, Helena, Bill, Nick, Sarah, Xtina... you guys can probably skip this list <3!)

1. I have had 2 default icons during the ... ... holy shit. The 22nd of this month is my 8 year anniversary of being on LJ! Hey, who would have known. Anyway, I’ve only had two different default icons during this span of time. Compared to some people I know who shift their defaults like I change my sheets, this is weird.


2. I haven’t watched more than an hour of TV actually on the TV for so long that I don’t remember the last time I did it. I didn’t own a TV when I lived on my own; my parents own one but I never watch it.


3. I hate having feet that are too cold or too warm. I wear slippers and two pairs of socks in the winter, and go barefoot all the time in the summer.


4. I’ve been depressed since I was 7 years old. I actually used to have a [physical] journal where I wrote, in SECOND GRADE, that I literally wanted to kill myself. At least I had it until my house burnt down in 2004. That’s what prompted my precipitous move to California and a severe worsening of my depression. I also had PTSD for a long time because of it. (I wrote about it, but the entries are probably now private.)


5. My mom and I share most of my books. That means she’s read Twilight, the entire Anita Blake series, et cetera.


6. I like chai. A lot. I drink it every day.


7. I have a few sexual likings (they’re not fetishes, I don’t need them) that are so weird you probably could never guess what they are, even if you knew I am into BDSM (which I am, which some people probably consider weird, but obviously I’m not one of them). Two people on this earth know about them, and one of them is Chance, who I lived with.

I said that I wanted to kill myself when I was some ridiculously young age, too. I don't remember if I was actually depressed, but I was kind of intrigued by the thought of being dead. I'm not sure why I thought it would be so much better than being a kid, since my life was not remotely bad at that age, but eh. Brain chemistry.

Yeah, that's a weird one. I'm currently about to fall asleep, but you do have depression, right?

I would tell you but they're weird and might lead to you seeing me differently! Nothing non-consensual or disgusting (as in involving animals or things best reserved for the toilet).
