if you promise not to fade away, never fade away
Monday, May 10th, 2010 06:08 amSo basically I only write when I'm having insomnia. Lucky for you guys, that happens more than I'd like it to. Maybe I'll ask my psychiatrist for some sleeping pills the next time I see him.
(Yes, ironically, the woman who sleeps 14 hours a day on average has insomnia as well. That's depression for you—it's ironic like that. In the way where nothing, absolutely nothing is funny about it.)
Teyla is doing much better. I woke up my mom at 8am on Mother's Day by carrying the dog in and saying excitedly "She jumped up on me!" and my mother, bless her heart, lifted her head up a tiny bit and said "oh, she must be feeling better then, that's good."
That's why I have the best mother in the world.
We also went to go see The Princess Bride on the big screen. That was incredible—so awesome. Since it came out in 1987, I've never seen it on the big screen before, and actually, my parents didn't think they had either.
Still no word about Social Security disability. Need to call my lawyers.
