(In related news, I'm just facepalming at the amount of fail here. This latest fuckup by LJ just happens to be actively illegal.)

I really hate what they're doing. I hate that ONE DUDE is at the helm of these changes, and all of this feedback is just being siphoned off to the neverlands.

it's not just turning them 'back on' I have a friend who's never had automatic payments and they got turned on for her.
