No more buying self-help/meditation/how-to-be-an-adult books until I read the ones I already own.
It's like I buy them and then ignore them because I don't want to confront my issues, and then they sit there, in stacks, mocking me. I swear if they could talk they'd say "what, are you supposed to get better through osmosis?"
