erikaSo I'm seeing a new therapist in ... approximately 7 hours.
You would think I should be asleep, and actually, I agree with you, but my body doesn't. Fuck sleep, it says. Be awake. Be aware. Be anxious and irritable.
"HA!" I say. "I have benzos now! You can't make me be anxious and irritable!"
Fine, says my body. But you're still not getting to sleep. So there.
So instead I have been cleaning. And by cleaning, I mean re-organizing my dresser, whichpanda refused to touch last time I made her come over and help me clean.
Not that I blame her! She was busy excavating 5000 soda cans and trying not to pass out from the horror of my bedspread. (Don't even ask. You don't want to know.)
There are many problems with the accoutrement of all the things on my dresser, I'm not going to lie.
This is actually after I've cleaned everything off my dresser...
and put it on my bed. Erm. Yeah.
Except for that box in the back! That's actually ... well, okay, there are two boxes back there. One Coke can box (empty), and one trunkish thing my mom gave me for Xmas like 4 years ago that I never used. BUT I HAVE PLANS FOR IT NOW!
So at the moment, I'm focussing on the plethora of nail polish. I remembered a trunk that my mother had given me——
And with the help of a empty cardboard box formerly containing Coke (a staple 'round these parts), packing tape, some rubber cement, and the utter irritation of my dog, Ronon, who would prefer I shut the fuck up and stop making horrible noises when all thinking beings should be asleep because it's 5AM, you stupid human:

Of course, there's still a bunch of crap on my bed. Hopefully I'll be able to clean it off in a semi-organized manner before I faceplant and take a goddamn nap before my appointment.
