Why is it every time I take a tiny break from posting, everything happens all at once in my life?
Alright, so um, I met this guy, Josh, on OkCupid. He sent me a message a few weeks ago and I finally remembered to respond on Wednesday, and he was super sweet and I really liked him. Even though he lives 100 miles away, which sucks.
But I met him on Friday, because he was in town for a dentist appointment, and we spent the day together & then ended up watching The Dark Knight Rises at the nearest theatre that was showing it, and then we got a hotel room because neither of us wanted our time together to end, and the entire 36 hours we spent together was fucking amazing and I have been totally spoiled for all first dates in the future.
Even the time we spent in the car talking (while I was driving him back to the middle of nowhere where he unfortunately lives) was awesome, y'all. We mourned the brilliant career of Douglas Adams and I got to introduce him to the wonder that is Terry Pratchett.
Also, seriously... I mean this with all the serious that exists in the entire world, because this is the bare-naked, honest truth.
This guy is something else entirely in bed. I thought I knew what good sex was. I was tragically wrong. I now feel the need to reset all my sexual barometers.
