This is my new pill regimen.
It includes:
Vitamin D — 1000 IU
DHA — total of 1800mg in those 4 yellow pills you see
CoQ-10 Enzyme—60mg (that's the red pill)
B Vitamin Complex (the huge pill)— Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B-5): 125mg each
B-12 and d-Biotin (I have no idea what the fuck this is but apparently B-7?) 125 mcg
Folic Acid: 400mcg
Magnesium (not pictured)
And of course the trusty Abilify, Adderall, and Pristiq prescription standbys.
All of this crap cleared with my doctor of course. And all of it supposed to help, in one way or another, with depression.
Now all I need to do is get my SAD light and of course swallow all this shit every day.
And you know, hopefully it'll work. Correct all the imbalances, smooth out the emotional rollercoaster I've been on lately. I have absolutely no faith that it will help even the slightest, but there's nothing to be gained if I don't try it.
Good thing I got the jumbo pill-minder.
