I feel like my dollar value isn't very accurate. rooibos and I bought each other Kindles, which was most of our holiday budget. My other gifts were either made or thrifted, because I didn't want to buy into the holiday commercialism this year. Without the Kindle, I only spent about $50.

I knew exactly how much I spent, but it still made me die a little inside because I have no income at the moment. Ah well.

I am terrible at wrapping gifts. I don't really mind it, but I'm a perfectionist who is bad at making them look ad pretty as I'd like, so you can probably guess how that goes. In my household everyone plots elaborate ways to make guessing gifts impossible, though, which is amusing... putting small things in big boxes, adding things to make stuff rattle, ect.
